Oatmeal with prunes, walnuts and honey

 
Oatmeal... when I was younger I have different feelings toward this meal because I ate it plain, with no sweeteners or fruits. I guess I just wasn't creative enough about how to make it healthy and delicious. There are so many kinds of oatmeal out there, I prefer steel cut organic oats that takes longer to cook but they are better and in my opinion tastier.
So I use about 5 tablespoons of steel cut oats,
4-5 medium prunes(chopped),
2 tablespoons of walnuts (chopped),
raw organic honey to taste.
I have a side of blueberries and a cup of Earl Grey tea with a lemon slice.
